Individual Art Therapy

It often begins with a prompt, a representation of where you are right now. Through the creative process gently supported by Sarah, reflection and responding may be experienced, leading to a new self knowing, development of relational skills and strategies for attaining life goals.

 

Group Art Therapy

With the collection of others, the opportunity to share the creative experience is offered. Leading to the additional social and relational benefits, support is given to work within the shared environment of an art group. Various styles of Group Art Therapy offered, including Professional Development & Team Building workshops, School based groups and Community groups.

 Individual sessions NDIA

Online or in-person, sessions are individually designed to support plan managed or self managed NDIS participants to achieve their therapeutic goals, such as health and wellbeing, self-care and self-management, daily living skills, community participation, social skills and improved relationships.

NDIS funding applicable for qualified art therapists are under the following line items:

15-056-0128-1-3 Assessment, recommendation, therapy and/or training (including assessment technology) - other therapy

15-005-0118-1-3 Capacity building supports for early childhood interventions - other therapy

A thorough individual therapeutic report is offered for NDIA participants, offering the support needed for NDIA funding requirements of therapeutic practitioners.
